Space Marines

The Space Marines, mankind’s strongest line of defense. Through the gene-seed created by the Immortal Emperor they are genetically engineered superhumans. Fearless, clad in Power Armor and capable of wielding mankind’s strongest weapons, they take on any foe that threatens the survival of the Empire. They are the Emperor's Angels of Death.

Astra Militarum

Astra Militarum, or Imperial Guard, is Mankind’s first line of defense. Composed of, almost, innumerable well trained and well-armed soldiers. The Regiments raised for the Emperor are as vast and varied as the planets they hail from. Where Space Marines are a scalpel, the Astra Militarum is the Emperor’s Hammer.
